A man who police on Bell Island say provided breath samples that were twice the legal limit, has a date set with the courts on impaired driving charges.
RCMP pulled over a commercial truck shortly after midnight on Saturday morning. The driver showed signs of impairment and was taken to the detachment to provide breath samples.
His license has been suspended. RCMP says an investigation into the status of insurance on the vehicle is underway.
