A man who was under orders to stay away from a home in west end is facing several charges after showing up and causing trouble.
Police were called to an incident at the home just after 2:00 yesterday afternoon.
The 35-year-old, who was under court orders not to be at the address, was taken into custody and charged with assault with a weapon, resisting arrest, and breach of release order.
He was held for court.
