The RNC had their hands full during a traffic stop yesterday.
Police stopped a 20-year-old for driving 160 km/h in a 100 km/h zone along the TCH near St. John’s.
While police were dealing with that, another vehicle stopped abruptly, and officers discovered the second driver was impaired. The 42-year-old was believed to be driving at nearly double the legal limit.
His licence has been suspended, his vehicle seized and he is set to appear in court at a later date.
