A young person who wasn’t supposed to be out and about late in the evening wasn’t able to pull the wool over the eyes of the RNC.
Police got a report of a suspicious young person hanging around Mount Pearl just after 8:30 p.m.
The teen attempted to mislead officers by giving a false name, but that didn’t get them off the hook.
The young person was found to be in violation of their court ordered curfew. They were taken into custody to await a court appearance.
