RNC and the Rovers Ground Search and Rescue were scouring the area of the Bally Haly Golf Course off Stavanger Drive in the capital city’s east end yesterday afternoon following the discovery of human remains.
There are a number of outstanding missing persons cases in the capital city region in recent years.
The remains are now with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine whether or not they can be positively identified.
