US-made alcoholic beverages are going back on NLC shelves.
The province announced yesterday that it was joining other provinces in Canada in removing U.S. products from liquor store shelves.
Premier Andrew Furey confirmed today that those products are going back on shelves. Furey says the action was taken this week to send a strong message.
“We never started this,” says Furey, “we never provoked the United States of America, our best friend, our largest trading partner, our closest ally.”
