A man is in critical condition following a hit and run in Torbay yesterday.
Around suppertime RNC officers, along with paramedics and fire crews, responded to an accident on Torbay Road.
A 61-year-old man had been hit by a vehicle, which had then sped away before police arrived.
The man was taken to hospital with serious injuries and remains critical. The RNC are asking for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has information to call police or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
