A 43-year-old man has been arrested and charged with uttering threats following an investigation in Old Perlican, Wednesday evening.

Harbour Grace RCMP located the suspect and his vehicle in the community. Police say the accused was found to be impaired and was arrested for impaired driving and uttering death threats.

The accused was held in custody in Harbour Grace pending a court appearance.
