Tributes are pouring in for a proud Harbour Grace native who nurtured countless athletes in a number of sports over the years.
Mac Martin passed away on the weekend, just short of his 80th birthday.
Described by Pat Collins as “addicted to sports,” Martin was a former Cee Bee who brought the Memorial Cup of Harbour Grace, and was a builder in a variety of other sports including soccer, baseball and rowing.
The funeral service is scheduled for tomorrow at 2:00 from St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Harbour Grace.
