The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is investigating after a teenage girl was assaulted at a field party over the weekend.
The Constabulary was first called to the area of Lady Slipper Road in Corner Brook just after 10:00 Friday night.
Police located a large gathering of teenagers around a bonfire. A teenage girl was treated for injuries by paramedics at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to contact the RNC at 709-637-4100 or Crime Stoppers.
