Fire Damages Vacant Church in Twillingate Area

Salvation Army Church in Bayview

Fire has struck a vacant church in the Twillingate area.

The blaze broke out Friday morning at the rear of the Salvation Army Church in Bayview at about 9:30. The Twillingate Volunteer Fire Department extinguished the blaze, but the interior was extensively damaged.
