The Ennis Sisters will soon begin their 10th annual Christmas tour, with stops throughout parts of the Maritimes, Ontario, Albert and shows across the island.

The tour wraps up in St. John’s at Holy Heart Theatre on December 21 and 22. Today, the musicians put out an open call for young singers between nine and 17 years old to join them on stage.

We’re so excited to meet, sing with, and pass these songs on to the next generation of Newfoundlanders and Labradorians. The first rehearsal will take place on Sunday, November 24th, 5:30pm. LOCATION TBA. No previous singing or choir experience required.

Teresa Ennis says the community choir will be directed by Kellie Walsh, the artistic director of Shallaway. Ennis says the choir will be doing three songs.
