Alex Newhook did it again for the Montreal Canadiens, propelling them into the next round with the OT winner against Buffalo.

The Habs and Sabres were tied 2-2 in game 7 but Newhook wristed a shot late in the OT to win it.

Newhook, who also scored the winner in Game 7 of the first round against the Tampa Bay Lightning, described the moment his shot hit the back of the net as “crazy”.

Montreal will play Carolina on Wednesday.
