A man in Pouch Cove is waking up in the lock-up after refusing to cooperate with police when they tried to arrest him for drunk driving.
RNC were tipped off about an impaired driver at approximately 8:30 last night. They pulled over a 52-year-old man and charged him with refusal and resisting arrest. Tickets were also issued for operating an unregistered vehicle and driving while suspended. He is being held for court and his vehicle is in the hands of the law.
