Finance Minister Craig Pardy is in PEI with his provincial and territorial counterparts for a meeting today with federal minister François-Philippe Champagne.

The ministers will discuss ways to move forward on a federal growth and competitiveness agenda, with an emphasis on building a stronger and more competitive Canadian economy at an increasingly uncertain time globally.

The federal minister hosted a pre-budget consultation roundtable on Canada’s biotechnology sector yesterday, and is meeting with his provincial counterparts this afternoon.
