A man has been charged with drunk driving after a little boozing and snoozing.
RNC officers found the 23-year-old passed out behind the wheel of a car in the Freshwater Road area of St. John’s at about 6:30 Saturday morning.
He failed the breathalyzer, and was released to appear in court at a later date.
