A 38-year-old man is facing charges of failing to comply with a conditional sentence order and a DNA order.
Burin Peninsula RCMP arrested Bradley Thomas Power outside his home on Monday evening for violating his curfew.
RCMP regularly check to make sure that conditional sentences and court orders are being met.
Power was held in custody pending a court appearance.
