The federal budget is coming down Thursday, and the provincial education minister says it will include more money for childcare.
Paul Dinn says the new money will amount to between $56 and $57-million, and will be part of a bi-lateral agreement over two years.
As for how that money will roll out, Dinn says he will be speaking with his provincial counterparts next month.
He says there will be a meeting of provincial education ministers in Winnipeg, during which they will discuss the funding and sustainability of the program.
