When you pull up to the pumps today, you’ll see a number you likely haven’t seen in quite a while.

For the second time this week, there’s been a dramatic drop in the price of gas. A 10 cent drop now puts the price at 1.85 on the Avalon and less than $2 a litre in all other areas, with the exception of coastal Labrador.

Diesel on the island is down by almost 9 cents and drops 7 cents in Labrador West.

Furnace oil is down by about 7 and a half cents per litre. Stove oil decreases by 6 cents.

Propane is up by about 2 cents.
