One man is in hospital after being struck by a vehicle on Lemarchant Road Saturday night, but the driver was not at fault.
At 7:30 p.m., a 63-year-old pedestrian failed to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic. The man was issued a Summary Offence Ticket.
He was sent to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
