Christmas came early for a local family in need, thanks to Collision Clinic.

Katherine Costello and her seven-year-old daughter Maggie received a refurbished 2018 Nissan Versa and one year of insurance through Collision Clinic’s 16th Annual Enriching Lives Car Giveaway.

Costello says her family has faced many challenges. Maggie has cerebral palsy and is legally blind.

Costello calls the car a lifesaver. Her old vehicle was expensive to run, and she was not able to afford a new car.

Knowing that her daughter will be in a safe vehicle and able to make appointments, Costello calls it incredible. To her, being able to get rid of the emotional and financial burden her last car will help immensely.

Today is Maggie’s seventh birthday, and Costello says their first stop with the new vehicle was the McDonald’s drive-thru for birthday supper.
