A 65-year-old man has a date with court after he hit a parked car and was arrested for impaired.
At suppertime on December 21, RCMP in Glovertown received a report of a possible impaired driver heading towards Traytown.
Before police arrived to the scene, they received another call about a parked car being struck at a local gas station.
They arrived, found the man and brought him back to the station where he provided breath samples that were three times over the legal limit.
His license was suspended and vehicle seized. He is released to appear in court in February.
