A 34-year-old man has a date with court after a crime spree in Corner Brook Saturday night.
Around 8 p.m., RNC responded to a report of a suspicious person on Station Road. There were reports that a man had been seen rummaging through vehicles. When police arrived, they located the man inside a home where he was not welcome. There were also reports of stolen items from that residence.
When police investigated, it was discovered the man had also stolen items from two vehicles in the area and had tried to steal an ATV.
He was arrested and charged with break and enter, theft, attempted theft, mischief to property, three counts of possession of stolen property and four counts of breach of probation.
He will appear in court today.
