RNC in Corner Brook are investigating a possible case of Animal Cruelty.
Police say the are working with with the Provincial Crown Attorney’s Office and the SPCA to investigate the incident. As well, arrangements have been made to have the animal assessed by a veterinarian.
The nature of the incident is not known at this time.
The RNC is thanking the public for their concern and assistance in the matter.
