A man was arrested after a vicious assault in St. John’s last night.
Around 6:30 RNC responded to a disturbance at a residence in the center city area and arrested a 22-year-old man who had been violating a court order.
He was charged with choking a person and forcible confinement, as well as death threats and weapons assault.
He was held for court.
