The Canadian Armed Forces are offering help to residents who are unable to shovel clear access to their homes.
The City of St. John’s says this support is limited to vulnerable populations who require physical assistance with snow shoveling for home access only.
Due to the volume of requests expected, it may take several days before all requests are completed.
The state of emergency stays in place for Monday, Jan 20. For details, visit: https://t.co/PP1FRiTs8M
Support is now available for vulnerable populations who require physical assistance with snow shoveling for home access only: call 311 or 576-CITY, only if necessary. #nlwx pic.twitter.com/3IV3Ae2UZv
