Salt Spray Causing Power Issues for Parts of Island

There are a number of power outages impacting well over 500 people on the Bonavista Peninsula and Central Newfoundland this morning.

These are all due to salt spray coating some power lines.

The estimated restoration time for those on the Bonavista Peninsula is 2:00 p.m., there is currently no estimated restoration time for the other areas.
