A 33-year-old man has a date with court after crashing his vehicle while impaired in Lower Island Cove.
RCMP in Harbour Grace responded to a car off the road at around 9 p.m. on Wednesday.
The 33-year-old man failed a roadside breath test and was brought to the police detachment.
His license was suspended and his vehicle seized and impounded.
He was released and will appear in court at a later date facing charges of impaired driving.
