A temporary home has been provided to Easter Seals NL at Macdonald Drive Junior High after flooding forced them from their building.
The English School District is offering up temporary space to Easter Seals while school is out.
Easter Seals NL says flooding that extensively damaged their building over the weekend was caused by a bathroom sink.
Update: Today, we were told that the sink in the female washroom, next to the toilet was the cause of the flood. Plumbing was the main cause to the flooding, the well did go dry, the motor did burn out and sediment did back up from the well into the washroom.

Added to the problems was the fact that the well went dry, burning out the motor and causing sediment to back up from the well into the washroom.
Easter Seals has found a temporary work place for its Career Services Horizons Work Experience Program with the CNIB, allowing the program to go ahead this week.
Meanwhile, the School District has also offered up space to Mother Hen’s Daycare which was recently damaged by fire.
