Someone was struck and knocked down by a snow plow while walking in the centre city area of St. John’s on Wednesday.
It happened around 1:30. RNC officers say the vehicle was not a city plow, nor was it engaged in snow clearing at the time of the incident.
The pedestrian received apparently minor injuries, and the investigation continues.
