The Kinsmen Club of St. John’s East is celebrating a day of kindness today with a simple surprise gesture of good will.
Members are stationed at the Health Sciences Centre and the Janeway, where they are carrying out a simple act of generosity for those leaving the health care facilities.
The association is celebrating its 100th anniversary.
Member John Connolly says the Kinsmen are paying for people’s parking until 4 p.m. Just make sure you present the ticket inside.
He says doing this makes them feel good.
