A GoFundMe page has been set up for the family of a young man who suffered a devastating accident last weekend in the Goulds.

15-year-old Dylan Owens was struck by a vehicle on the main road and is in hospital recovering from serious injuries.

A friend of the family, Lorelei Best says it’s been a very difficult time for the family and she wanted to do something to help them through a very stressful period.

She says the family has been at the hospital ever since the incident occurred and they appreciate all the support and prayers they’re receiving.
