The RNC is investigating a recent armed robbery at a Corner Brook gas station and are looking to the public for help.

Police were called to a gas station on O’Connell Driver in Corner Brook around 10:40 Sunday evening.

The suspect, who arrived on the scene in a vehicle, showed a weapon to the clerk while demanding cash.

They made off with cash and cigarettes and left the scene before police arrived.

The suspect was wearing a green jacket with a blue vest and hood, tan pants, and white gloves. Their face was covered with the hood and grey and pink sunglasses.

The vehicle is believed to be a dark, four door Mazda 3 and had at least two people inside.
