A 34-year old ATV driver is facing charges of impaired following a complaint received by Whitbourne RCMP on Saturday.
The driver, who had two children on board, was placed under arrest according to police after he showed signs of impairment. Breath samples showed he was over the legal limit.
The man is suspended from driving and will appear in court at a later date.
