A 58-year-old man is facing a list of charged after being removed from a Metrobus yesterday evening.

Police responded to reports of an intoxicated person riding the bus.

The man was arrested for being drunk in public and while being taken to the lock-up he allegedly threatened the arresting officer.

While being admitted to the lock up, he allegedly assaulted the same officer. There were no injuries.

He’s now facing additional charges of assaulting a police officer and uttering threats.
