Many are doing their best to spread a little cheer even as people are being encouraged to stay indoors.
RNC Constable Jason Coombs paid a recent visit to Cambridge Estates with Castle, waving at residents through the windows.
Seniors are especially vulnerable to COVID-19 and the provincial government has banned all visits to long-term care facilities.
In the meantime, the community has rallied around seniors offering ways to stay connected even without physical contact.
