Government has confirmed the province’s third death from COVID-19.
The confirmation came just hours after the latest provincial update earlier this afternoon.
The 65-year-old man passed away Thursday afternoon in the Eastern region.
Officials say he had been admitted to hospital from his home and he suffered from pre-existing medical conditions.
