The RNC is asking the public for help locating a missing 26-year-old woman in the Metro area.
Cecilia Mercer was reported missing on April 8th. She was last seen in the area of Stabb Court in St. John’s on the evening of April 1st.
Mercer is described as being 6 feet tall, 140 pounds with short blond hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black leggings, a brown coat with fur on the hood and UGG boots.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Mercer is asked to contact the RNC at 729-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
