TradesNL says it understands why the West White Rose extension project has been suspended, but it remains disappointed with the decision.
Executive Director Darin King says the work they would have been required to do in the short term would have put a lot of people in a very small area for a long period of time.
Given the current uncertainties, it didn’t make a lot of sense to move forward with that. He says it is disappointing and they’re letting their membership know that they’re looking for other opportunities.
