Clearly, wildlife in the province isn’t adhering to social distancing as proven by a video circulating on Facebook.

Jenny Drover was heading to La Scie from Baie Verte when a moose on the side of the road caught their attention. They stopped, not knowing what the animal was going to do.

As the animal approached the vehicle, Drover, wishing to capture the close encounter on video, rolled down her window and began filming.

She wasn’t scared because he seemed tame but when he tried to put his face in the vehicle, she quickly put the window back up.
