The provincial government has appointed Elizabeth Kidd as the new president and CEO of the College of the North Atlantic.
Kidd had previously served as President and CEO of CNA in an acting capacity. She was replaced by Dr. William Radford in 2017, a move that caused the Opposition to raise questions about political patronage.
Kidd’s appointment through the province’s Independent Appointments Commission is effective June 1st.
