Motorcycle rides are a form of wind therapy, says a retired man who is set to arrive in the province on a national bike ride this Saturday.
Michael Terry is a member of the Dispatches Adventure Ride for PTSD who leaves Ontario today.
He says he started going on motorcycle rides when he retired as it is a form of therapy for him. Terry says it is something people do together, but the riders do not need to talk to communicate.
He says motorcycling is a big comradery builder for people, especially veterans and first responders.
