The SPCA in St. John’s is getting ready to re-open its application process for the Spay and Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP).
The organization is accepting 150 new applications for surgery dates to be booked between July 21 and August 25.
The online application process opens on Thursday, July 9 at 5 p.m, and will remain open until it fills up.
