RCMP on the west coast are looking for information about a bayonet hunting knife, left at the scene of a break and enter in the town of York Harbour over the weekend.
Police say that sometime between 8:30 a.m. on August 1 and 5:30 p.m. on August 2, a seasonal cottage in York Harbour was broken into and a quantity of prescription drugs, alcohol and money was stolen.
A bayonet hunting knife, believed to be left by those responsible, was left at the scene.
It has a black handle with green, black and white graffiti-style artwork on the blade. As well, a black carrying case for the knife was left at the scene.
