It was RCMP Police Service dog Axel to the rescue after a berry picker lost his way earlier this week.

Corporal Fraser McInnis and Axel were called out after the man got disoriented in the woods near St. Fintan’s on the southwest coast on Tuesday.

Axel safely located the wayward berry picker.
