Health Minister Tom Osborne says he is pleased with the collective agreement recently reached with the Registered Nurses Union.
The agreement was recently ratified by the union, with just over 80 per cent of members voting to accept it.
Osborne believes the agreement will help them recruit and retain nurses because their salaries are now competitive. As well, he highlights other aspects of the agreement such a preceptorship and mentorship.
