A man who was already wanted for failing to comply with sex offence conditions has been charged after exposing himself downtown last night.

Metro police were called before 11:00 p.m. after a video of a man inappropriately touching himself began making the rounds on social media.

RNC located the man, who already had a warrant out for failing to comply with the Sex Offender Information Registration Act.

He was arrested and now faces an additional charge for committing an indecent act.
