A 44-year-old man from CBS has been charged with impaired driving after running out of gas on the Witless Bay Line Saturday evening.
Holyrood RCMP responded to a number of reports indicating that the driver of the disabled vehicle was impaired.
RCMP say he failed a roadside screening, and provided samples at the detachment that were above the legal limit.
He’s scheduled to appear in court in October.
