Premier Dwight Ball says he’s not concerned by questions raised this week at the Muskrat Falls Inquiry from the general manager of the Muskrat Falls hydro project.
Ron Power predicted that hundreds of millions of dollars in claims will be made against Nalcor as a result of sensitive information revealed in the Inquiry.
Power told the Inquiry that’s the opinion of Nalcor’s claims personnel, their senior lawyers and the management of the project.
Commissioner LeBlanc disputed that contention, saying the claims arising will come in under $135-million.
Premier Dwight Ball says the Commissioner made it clear that sensitive information is being protected.
