Jordan Brown and twelve of his family members including wife, two daughters, parents and grandparents were on hand for the day when he officially took office.
Brown won Labrador West by five votes on election night but wasn’t confirmed until a judicial recount on Friday whittled the victory over Graham Letto down to two votes.

Brown will be is in the House of Assembly this afternoon. He says he is ready after spending the past couple of weeks sitting in the Gallery and taking in committee meetings.

He says it’s a big day for him and his little girls.
They and his wife flew in last night, and Brown says the girls are excited just to be in St. John’s.
